very comfortable cozy place. very well stocked. was easy to check in and had everything we needed for a short stay. the host was very responsive and flexible. the location is perfect for skiing.
for the price, the checkout process was too demanding. we were asked to take off used linens, take out garbage, the checklist had 10 or so items. Given that we were charged a hefty cleaning fee, the ask seemed to be overboard. Caused quite a bit of frustration.

Very well equipped, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. Great communication with the host for easy check in/out.
Building is very dated and needs some refreshing. Laundry room was dirty and machines only take quarters-but there is no place in Kirkwood that can provide change (almost all businesses were closed and the small general store is cashless). Bring quarters if you plan to use the laundry!
