De locatie is super. Enorm terrein, gigantisch zwembad, fantastisch uitzicht. Zeer behulpzame concierge , dank u Carlo;) . De kamers zijn groot. De living en keuken zeer aangenaam en goed uitgerust.
Er zouden een aantal onderhoudswerken moeten uitgevoerd worden. De airco op 3 slaapkamers werkten niet. Er is wel de zelfde dag nog iemand komen kijken, bleken ze gewoon vol vuil te zitten.
Het rooster van de BBQ was zeer vuil en volledig verroest. Carlo heeft dat dadelijk opgelost door en nieuw rooster te brengen die we boven op de oude konden leggen. Bij het trapje achteraan het zwembad ontbreekt het laatste trapje zodat je daar onmogelijk het zwembad kan verlaten. Van de rieten stoelen op het terras zijn er verschillende kapot of met gaten .
Op zich allemaal kleine zaken die gemakkelijk te verhelpen zijn maar die in het begin van de vakantie toch wat irritatie geven.

The Pool was amazing and very clean, also the features the house had were really special (Pool Table, Fireplace, Huge Living Room,....). We also liked the fact that there were not really people around us and we could do whatever we wanted without disturbing others.
Carlo, the house keeper of the location was really helpful and tried his best to fix all the issues. Also the Mica the host was very supportive and always very suportive in case of questions.
Aircondition was working perfectly.
The kitchen was fully equipped and there were no things we needed in addition.
Wifi was limited and only worked well in the public places / living room.
The streets close to the location were in really bad shape and low cars really had an issue not to hit the ground.
We had a half days without water in the whole house (which was fixed quite fast after reaching out).

Our group of ten people stayed here for a week and we really loved it.
The peaceful house has a stunning, huge garden and beautiful furnitures.
The kitchen is perfectly provided to setup an elegant dinner or even a barbecue. Everything was clean and tidy and suits the photos.
The wide swimming pool was our favourite spot, the perfect mix and match with our trips to discover Cascate delle Marmore and Lago di Piediluco, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Lago di Bolsena, Giardini di Bomarzo, all at max 1h by car.
Micaela, who managed our booking, was always accessible to answer any questions before the arrival and to verify everything was fine during and after the stay.
Carlo and Laura, that welcome us on site, are really kind and helpful.
We strongly recommend this solution for stress recovery and fun with friends and really hope to do it again soon.
