3G – dreiGiebel im Haus Lohrey Das Haus Lohrey in Blindau verfügt über drei Giebel, die alle einen besonderen Ausblick gewähren. Im neu errichteten Westgiebel (Quergiebel) entstand nach Umbau und Modernisierung eine großzügige, komfortable Wohnung (Panoramagiebel ca. 120 m²) mit einem umwerfenden Weitblick über die Bergwelt Reit im Winkl. Im Nordgiebel entstand eine weitere geräumige, familienfreundliche Wohnung (Dorfgiebel von 55 m²) mit Blick auf Reit im Winkl. Diese beiden Komfortferienwohnungen können auch zusammen als abgeschlossene Mehrgenerationen-Wohnung von 175 m ² zzgl. Balkonen genutzt werden. Im Südgiebel liegen zwei weitere gemütliche Appartements für Familien mit bis zu 3 Kindern von je 30 m² zzgl. Balkon mit Blick auf den Unterberg in Kössen. Beide Appartements können auch zusammen genutzt werden. Im Flur des Südgiebels befindet sich ein Spielzimmer für Gesellschaftsspiele, Lesen oder einfach nur zum Chillen. Weiterhin stehen zwei Appartements im 1. OG zur Verfügung. Das App. westside mit ca. 35 m² zzgl. Balkon und das App. eastside mit ca. 25 m² zzgl. Balkon. Da diese beiden App. sich direkt gegenüberliegen, eignen auch sie sich zur Kombination. Alle Giebelwohnungen bzw. Appartements sind im gepflegten bayrischen Landhausstil ausgestattet. Die Kofferkammer im Dachgeschoss mit elektrischem Skischuhtrockner steht allen Wohnungen und App. zur Verfügung.
Appartement ist für 2 Erwachsene und bis zu drei Kindern. Dieses gemütliche Appartement verfügt über Südbalkon mit Blick auf den Unterberg. Wohn- /Schlafraum (Doppelbett) und Eßecke, TV, Kabelfernsehen, W-LAN kostenlos. Sep. Kinderschlafraum mit drei Betten (Couchbetten). Frühstücksküche mit Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und zwei Kochplatten Bad mit Dusche/WC.
