Do NOT use booking.com for this property! I booked and paid for 2 queen mobility accessible rooms, when I got there I was given 2 standard rooms. After several calls back and forth between booking.com and the customer service reps of the hotel, I was caught in the blame game between the two. Hilton said booking.com over sold the availability of the rooms, booking.com said Hilton oversold and didn't hold my room, check-in was 3, I arrived at 4:30, plenty early enough.
Hilton also told me this happens 'alot' with all 3rd party sites on their properties.
My question that I never got answered from either was why do they continue to allow them to sell rooms if they are scamming people? And if they know it's an issue with third part sites, why not give the customer some sort of compensation instead of playing the blame game.
I don't know who was right or wrong, this is my first reservation I've had this issue with. Bottom line though I was not given a room I had proof of reseving, and not offered any sort of refund, not even a partial one.
