In the fraction Schweinsteg of St. Leonhard in Passeier, 600 m above sea level, this beautiful holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor of the idyllic Strickerhof. The cosy apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include a cable TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The outdoor area boasts a covered and furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and the valley as well as a garden which you can share with guests of other holiday apartments. There is a swing and a trampoline available. The view of green meadows and snow-capped peaks will allow you to relax after long trekking tours and hiking excursions. You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés within 6 km (an 11-minute drive). The nearest village is St. Martin in Passeier, 10 km down the valley. The village of Saltaus is about 2 km and Merano about 12 km away. A bicycle rental and a bus stop are about 2 km from the property.

Very cute apartment, exceptionally clean. Gorgeous view from the balcony! We struggled to get in touch with the "on-site" manager in part because our international phone plan wasnt working well, but the property mgmt office was always quick to respond. I highly recommend getting directions before you go.....the apartment is at the top of a steep and winding (paved) road which we never would have found if not for a couple of lovely locals who spoke enough English to get us going in the right direction. Rosalinda greeted us and was very sweet. Overall a wonderful stay - absolutely recommend!

شقه نظيفه في منطقه مرتفعه واطلالتها رائعه مناسبه لاسترخاء والاستجمام ، وصاحبة الشقه متعاونه وبشوشه الملاحظات لايوجد غلاية ماء وبعض الاواني كانت متسخة.
