A Spacious and comfortable apartment with 110 m2 of space can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the second floor of a family house, only 800 meters from the center of Rovinj, the nearest beach is 1.7 km away, and the first shops and restaurants are located near the apartment.
This apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, and in the living room, there are two more single beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a covered terrace.
Guests have at their disposal Wi-Fi and private parking. Settle in comfortably and enjoy exploring this beautiful tourist spot.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, genau, wie auf den Fotos. Es ist sehr groß und verfügt über 2 Bäder; ein kleines mit Dusche und WC und ein großes mit Dusche, WC, BD und Badwanne. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Überhaupt war das gesamte Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war toll; der Strand und die Stadt waren in Laufnähe (ca. 20 Minuten), daher war die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter waren supernett! Sie hatten auf alle Fragen die passenden Antworten und es gab vom Vermieter selbst hergestellte Schnäpse, wenn man wollte. Wir waren mit der Familie da (Großeltern, Eltern, Kleinkind) und würden immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank auch an Pol und Anna!

The apartment owner was there to greet us with homemade wine and sprits & nice grapes. The flat was very comfortable and is perfect walking distance to the center of Rovinj, appropriately 10 minute walk. Parking is very hard to find in downtown and we left the car at the apartment. The only drawback was that the travel agent does not take credit cards. The agency wanted us to pay by cash or IBAN bank transfer. I was very skeptical to use money transfer, so we paid cash on arrival to the apartment owner. The confusing part of the stay was the booking. We did not know how to pay ahead of our arrival , which is what we’d preferred. A credit card would have been nice.The agency did try to communicate but it was very confusing. Plus the Croatia to English language was not as good as expected with the agency. In the end everything worked out and we had a good time.

Our hosts were fantastic. Very responsive to our requests and questions. Nice large apartment. Wonderful glassed in balcony and comfortable beds. We will be back!!!!!
