About this apartment rental
The cosy, beautifully furnished holiday apartment decorated in rustic style is located in a quiet, idyllic residential area at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains. The property, which is in close proximity to Lake Chiemsee, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate between 3-4 people Furthermore, there is a staircase leading to the bathroom with a bidet, a toilet and a shower on the first floor. The bedroom is located in the attic with a wonderful mountain view, a living room as well as a bedroom with digital satellite TV, a single bed and a sofa bed. Here you will also find a separate kitchen with a dining area decorated in traditional Bavarian country style. In just a few minutes on foot, you will reach the center of the town where you will find a selection of shops, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a medical centre. The indoor family swimming pool "BernaMare" with sauna facilities is also located nearby. In the beautiful, tranquil park, you will find a Kneipp water therapy facility as well as a mini golf course, a climbing hall and tennis and squash facilities with a restaurant. The nearest bakery as well as supermarket is just a 7-minute walk from the property (600 m). Due to its excellent location, cycle paths, hiking trails as well as mountain hikes begin just a few steps away from the apartment. From the Chiemsee, you can also take a boat to the marvelous islands “Fraueninsel” and “Herreninsel”. Here you can also book a round tour around the whole lake. The nearest beach, Strandbad Bernau, awaits you just 3.1 km away (a 7-minute drive), where you can bathe in the refreshing waters and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones.

Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas in front of the house and not in the apartment.
No parties and events.
There should be no noise after 22:00 as other residents are in the house and should not be disturbed.

Pros: Fürsorge von Vermieter/in war großartig.(z.B Ausflugsplanung, empfehlenswerte Restaurants etc.)
Außerdem wurden alle erdenklichen Gebrauchsartikel bereitgestellt( sogar Gewürze, Seife und Shampoo).
Schlafzimmerfenster und Wohnzimmerfenster besitzen ein Fliegengitter so das wir trotz Durchzuglüften und Licht an, keine einzige Fliege in der Wohnung hatten.
Cons: Große Menschen über 1.80m müssen im Großteil der Wohnung den Kopf einziehen (hauptsächlich wegen der Dachschräge der Wohnung). Ich 1.92m konnte mich damit aber auch arrangieren. Im Sommer kann es durch das Dachfenster in der Küche/ Esszimmer das leider außen keinen Sonnschutz(Rolladen) hat schon ganz schön heiß werden! Dies kann aber durch gezieltes Durchzuglüften am Abend von Schlaf und Wohnzimmer (wie von Vermieter/in erklärt) auf annehmbare Temperaturen rumtergekühlt werden.

Pros: Sehr freundliche Vermieter. In der Wohnung ist alles was man für den Alltag braucht vorhanden.
Vieles wird in der Umgebung angeboten.
See ist mit dem Rad schnell erreicht. 10km entfernt in Übersee gibt es kinderfreundliche und tierfreundliche Strände.
Cons: Fliegengitter an den Fenster fehlen, viele Mücken, daher sehr notwendig. Wohnung kühlt sehr langsam ab, da man die Fenstern nicht richtig öffnen kann wegen den Mücken. Bettdeckenbezüge und Kissenbezüge sind aus 100% Polyester, zu heiss bei +/-30^C. Die Dachschräge ist nicht für große Menschen geeignet. :)

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche im Lärchennest verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Personen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit an unsere Vermieterin wenden. Die Wohnung war sauber und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!
