Location, view,
Old and damaged cooker; strange and dangerous door handles; wardrobes which won’t open/close without using force, windows and doors won’t close well; half of the electric points don’t work. Generally the apartment needs better general maintenance and replacement of some old appliances. Lacks water boiler, frying pan, toaster.

Area around not so nice. Old Equipment and furniture. Dirty sofa, rotten mirror. Unkempt garden. Moldy joints...
