when we got to the house it was not the same as in the photo very depressive I did not like that house at all sorry horrible the lifeless living room

The property had 4 bedrooms and the beds were made up on arrival, everywhere was clean and enough towels left for us all. Having a washing machine really helped on a family holiday by the beach! We were able to wash the towels and of course the sandy swimwear
Unfortunately this wasn't the property for us and we wouldn't recommend it to families. The fourth bedroom is what should possibly be the lounge or dining room. So the usable kitchen and lounge were pretty cramped for us, 2 adults and 4 children. The foldaway table and chairs weren't great and there were only 4 chairs, so we couldn't have sat around for dinner as a family.
It's not on the nicest side of town and we saw a young man being tasered and arrested on our first evening here. The parking is all for permit holders apart from a tiny lay by just up the road on the opposite side - this didn't appear to be too busy but i'm unsure what you would do if no spaces available as all the streets appeared to be permit holders only.
We reported a few issues to the owners and didn't get a response!
The bath/shower leaks so much that the floor is absolutely drenched after every use, this is causing a huge amount of damage. The cold tap didn't work in the bath, so we had to fill it with the shower for the younger children. The wifi password given to us was incorrect, but luckily it was on the router, so we sorted this ourselves. The garden was unusable, there was some kind of shed with broken wooden slats and rubbish had been left out there by possibly the cleaner. There were two dirty mop buckets out there and then some kind of steps up to a very high up weedy area. The instructions for rubbish and recycling made no sense as none of the bins they mentioned were there!
So all in all not our favourite place, but it was somewhere to sleep at night and we had an amazing time touring the Gower Peninsula and all the beaches.
With some tlc and changing it to a three bed rather than four would do it some good and make it far more suitable to families.
