Parking close to the apartment
Noisy traffic. No hot water in the guest bathroom. Broken towel rack in master bathroom. Bath rug was not clean and smelled. No shower curtain liner in master bedroom. The sheets did not fit on the bed in master bedroom. No closet in master bedroom. No hooks to hang up clothes. There was already a $70 cleaning fee and I was charged another $100 per cleaning fee before even seeing there was no extra cleaning needed for the pet.

The space was comfortable and a good size, as well as the kitchen fairly well stocked.
Unfortunately the property management staff were difficult and unresponsive to our questions. I agree with the other reviewers that the lighting and road noise were issues. Also, for the $170 cleaning fees I was charged, the place was not clean on my arrival. There were dust bunnies and small pieces of trash on the floor and dusty surfaces. The bathroom also had patches of mold behind the toilet and in the shower.
