House of 140 m² located in a quiet cul-de-sac 500 m from the sea in St Jacques en Sarzeau.

- No wifi. Possibility to rent a mini-box ifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 19/10 to 31/12: cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
