FraBa Apartment is a 55 sqm property consisting of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, available for short term stays. The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient 17th century building in Via San Biagio dei librai, also known as Spaccanapoli, a straight stretch more than a kilometer long that cuts the city in two.
The structure can accommodate up to 4 people and is designed to provide guests with a relaxing and comfortable stay, it is equipped with air conditioning, towels, sheets, Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen utensils. The central location of the property allows you to visit the main attractions of the city on foot. The historical center of Naples represents the first historical nucleus of the city. It contains nearly three millennia of history and is the largest in Italy. A portion, equal to 1021 hectares, was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995, for its exceptional monuments, which testify to the succession of Mediterranean and European cultures. The historic center recognizes the value of an extraordinary concentration of points of interest: in this regard, in 2017 the BBC defined Naples as "the Italian city with too much history to manage". Its particular uniqueness is in the almost total preservation and use of the ancient Greek road layout. For all those who reach Naples by car, we remind you that the property is located in the ZTL area, therefore we recommend parking at 300 meters at the Ecumano Parking (entrance from Via Mezzocannone) which will electronically cancel your plate from the ZTL Comunale surveillance system. Undergrounds, bus stops, taxi ranks, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, ATMs and many other services are all within 100 meters.
