About this house rental
Apartment with lots of light and sun. Warm atmosphere in winter and autumn and cool in spring and summer due to its location and south-west orientation.
Located on the ground floor, with easy access to the common areas of the urbanization, which has a large swimming pool. Ideal for families.
Spectacular views of the Puig Campana and Ponoig mountains.
Very quiet area 5 minutes from the mountain and 10 minutes from the beach. Ideal for hiking.

Bright and very sunny apartment, recently renovated and with all kinds of amenities. Towels, sheets, bedding are available. Its 85 square meters are divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen, small gallery, dining area, terrace-living room with large windows. Decorated to create different atmospheres, to be able to enjoy moments of reading, rest, work, social networks, etc ...
You have Wifi (fiber) 150 cable TV channels from all over the world (English, French, German, ....... including NRK 1,2 and 3) for this there are two smartTVs.
Note that in addition to the washing machine, there is a dryer and a dishwasher.
It offers the possibility of stays of more than a week, the additional cleaning service and the change of sheets and towels. It will cost € 60
Bedding will always be ironed.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and we had a wonderful time.
Francisco the owner and his wife were really friendly and very helpful. They made us feel at home. One could not wish for a better place to stay. The appartment itself was exactly as shown on the pictures. Anything you can think of was available. We can fully recommend to stay here for your holidays.

What a wonderful place to stay in the beautiful Albir. We had absolutely everything we needed in the apartment and more. From a hairdryer to washer/dryer/ outdoor furniture/ beach towels/ spare bedding/ a stocked drinks fridge- Paco has thought of everything! It is immaculate with extremely comfortable beds and a wonderful outlook. The walk to the beach is around ten minutes and the nearest supermarket is well stocked and friendly. Super Spanish town and fab apartment.

El alquiler es proporcional a la calidad del apartamento, vale mucho la pena pagar lo que piden. Hemos acertado al 100% en pasar nuestras vacaciones en éste alojamiento. Estamos muy muy contentos.
