Price, size and location was great.
House needs to be updated.
Needs new carpeting and beds.
Living room furniture also need to be replaced.

Great location! This house provided everything we could need and more! Loved the 2 refrigerators and extra ice maker. I know some people mentioned it could use some love but with 3 under 3 it relaxed us that the walls were a bit bumped and the carpets were older. I’ve been in homes that were so clean that I stayed on pins and needles. Cant wait to come back in 2022!

The size and location of the home was great. Kitchen stocked with all essential plates, bowls and utensils. View of Ocean was great from the large porches. Only negatives would be property needed some cosmetic updating. Many towel bars in baths came out of wall and carpet in bedrooms was pretty worn and dirty. Overall we had a great time. Large and very roomy. Elevator was a big plus in loading and unloading.

We had a wonderful time at the Royal Paradise. There was so much room. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils and pots and pans.
Pool is not heated and it was a cooler week. 😳
Smart TVs was a definite plus in every room. Had the best of time anyway.
