Attente pour récupérer les clefs. Literie peu comfortable. Pas d’interrupteur lumière sur les côté du lit. Manquait 1 rouleau de papier toilette (2 pour 2 personnes 4 jours c’est un peu léger), nous nous sommes débrouillés pour en trouver 2 supplémentaires par nous même.

Appartement lumineux. Équipé. Proche du metro.

Matelas de lit à changer à mon avis. Taille de la chambre (pour nous ok) un peu étroite possiblement pour personnes âgées ou de grand gabarit.

Le logement calme très bien agence avec goût, situé dans un quartier vivant avec toutes les commodités commerce , transport etc.

While the location of this apartment is decent, I found the premise itself to be quite disappointing. The space was much more cramped than expected and definitely not suitable for three people. The beds were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, there was significant noise disturbance during the night due to a nearby establishment playing loud music until the early hours. As an additional note, I'd recommend avoiding the park in the vicinity after dark. Overall, I believe there are better options Lyon.

Our experience with this host was problematic. Despite the availability of secure payment methods through Booking.com, the host insisted on obtaining our credit card details directly. Alarmingly, four days after our checkout, we were charged a substantial sum that we did not authorize, with the host citing "stains on the kitchen worktop" as the reason. To avoid such disputes and potential unwarranted charges, I strongly recommend insisting on an in-person checkout with the host and conducting a real-time inspection of the premises before departure. Protect yourself and your finances.
