Résidence Quélin Honfleur

The location was great — close to the city center, and at first glance the area seemed quiet. We were traveling with a child, so we expected a peaceful stay, but it turned out that the street is very noisy. I really liked the very detailed instructions on how to get there and where to park the car. It was extremely convenient and very easy. This is a big plus for the apartment owners.

Until late at night (around 2–3 a.m.), we could hear people from the bar and the wine bar — loud groups, conversations, and music. In the early morning, around 5–6 a.m., it was additionally disturbed by a garbage truck collecting bottles. The sound insulation is very poor: we could clearly hear neighbors opening doors and moving through the corridor. Overall, the location is convenient, but due to the noise it was difficult to get proper sleep with a child. I also liked that at check-out you are required to wash the dishes, put them away on the shelves, and remove the bed linen. However, I did not like the very early check-out time — check-in is at 4 p.m., while check-out is already at 10 a.m. The worst part was the bathroom, which was constantly wet. The shower had a door with a gap, through which water was leaking and flooding the bathroom floor and even reaching the room. The sink was also very inconvenient — whenever you washed your face, water would spill all over the floor under your feet.

写真通りのきれいでセンス良い素敵なアパルトマンでした。 私が借りた部屋は１階で庭があり、季節的に花は咲いてないだろうと思っていたのに、もしかしたらわざわざ植えて下さったのか、黄色い花が咲いていました。 とても嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方も何かあるとすぐ駆けつけてくれ、安心感がありました。 部屋は広く快適で、キッチン設備も整っていて、調味料もありました。

鍵のやり取りは簡単ですぐ建物には入れましたが、自分の部屋に入る鍵が開かず、２０分ぐらいドアの外でガチャガチャやっていました。 とても癖のある鍵でした。 結局スタッフの方に来てもらいました。 庭に出るドアも部分的に壊れているようで、男性スタッフが頑張って開けてくれました。 シャワー室のドア下の隙間から水が漏れて、髪の毛を洗い終わって見ると、バスルームだけでなくリビングまで水が流れていて、拭き掃除をするようでした。 ソファベッドは女性だけでは広げるのが大変そうで、スタッフにやってもらい後はベッドのままにしておきました。 すると寛げる椅子が一つも無くなりました。 良いアパルトマンだけに色々残念でした。 この点が改善されれば、又泊まりたいです。
