No welcoming from them as a guest or tourist. Treating like a beggar came to ask for money. It is a total waste of time and money, just one night of sleep, and my family feels ashamed. Racism at the peak level, checking like we are not supposed to be booked in that hotel. Complaining that anybody can book that hotel from ***. No facilities like Wi-Fi, sitting chairs, etc. Only breakfast is served nicely, except that there is nothing to explain, much worse who come from India and live as UK residents. If I showed up, a UK driving license is not acceptable because I am INDIAN.
