This 950 sq foot, loft-style carriage house, with 17 foot ceilings, is fully furnished with kitchen, bath, washer/dryer, ventless gas fireplace, cable TV, wireless internet, and 2 double closets. The deck overlooks a landscaped yard with swimming pool (During Summer, guests are free to use the pool). One garage bay in 3 car garage is reserved for the tenant and ALL UTILITIES, INCLUDING CABLE, WIFI and SECURITY SYSTEM are included in rent, as well as ALL LINENS.
Within walking distance of both Cherokee park (2 blocks) and restaurants on Bardstown Road (2 blocks). Public transportation is one block away. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown and 10 minute drive to most places in town! This is a VERY safe, secure and quiet rental in a wonderful area. NON-SMOKING.

First off, I want to say how wonderful Judi was. She was more than helpful on many occasions including finding me a notary that wasn’t all the way across town during a pandemic! The rental itself was spotless when I got there and she was always available if needed. I was there 8 weeks and never once went without anything. She is so nice and truly cares about her tenants. I absolutely loved the privacy of the place as well. It is above a 3 car garage of which one of the spots was mine. It is only a few blocks away from so many great restaurants and is located in a very nice older neighborhood. It is only 5 minutes away from 2 golf courses and 10-15 minutes from downtown depending on how many lights you hit. I will definitely contact her if I ever come back to Louisville because she made me feel at home even though I was 1000 miles away. 10/10 will recommend!
