Location is very good, self check-in went smoothly. Owner was accessible through WhatsApp, helped a lot when there was a problem with electrical stove.
Those apartments are part of a former larger flat. For this reason, the drain pipes were added later and run along the wall, and sometimes you can hear the water running loudly, even in the middle of the night. Also they need to repar window blinds, it's almost impossible to make place enough dark for sleeping.

Nice location, no free parking, but when you cross the boulevard and go to the streets of Belgrade waterfront, you will have free parking.
The double bed is too old, it squeaks with every movement, and definitely needs to be replaced.

The place was okay, with a bit of tired furniture, but it was ok for a short stay. The bed is good, and all the necessary things are available in the kitchen.
More thorough cleaning could be done, and having a rug on the floor in the bathroom would also be nice to have. Smoking inside is allowed, but it's typical for the Balkans.

Nice neighborhood, close to Galeria and Sava promenade, a few restaurants nearby
Small.
A/C remote control didn't work. We had to turn the wire on and off and couldn't change the temperature.
No soundproofing. We heard many sounds from neighbors.
The bathroom requires renovation. The shower doors and shower holder are broken.
No kettle.
