Villa Antoinette is situated in the Gulf of St Tropez, at Plan de la Tour in a peaceful green area, near the village, 10 minutes from the beaches of Ste Maxime.
The ideal location for traveling to St Tropez, and exploring the magical and secret coves of the Gulf.
Villa Antoinette welcomes you for an unforgettable holiday under the umbrella pines.
You will enjoy the air conditioning in the entire house, the swimming pool and the barbecue with a very fresh rosé from the region.
At walking distance from the village with a choice of shops and restaurants. The regional markets and animated evenings in the village ensure a guaranteed atmosphere !!!

On the ground floor two bedrooms, with 1 bathroom (Italian shower) and separate toilet
Large open living room (70 m2) with central kitchen island
100m2 terrace with swimming pool
2 outdoor dining areas (covered) with plancha barbecue.
The villa is fully equipped and all rooms overlook the pool.
Of course we will give you our secret places and addresses.

The only possible area for improvement would be air-con in upstairs

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa stupenda villa con piscina e siamo stati davvero benissimo. Unico spunto di miglioramento: l'aria condizionata al primo piano

Sehr schön und gut ausgestattetes Haus in guter Lage zum Ortskern von Le Plan de la Tour..
Leider fanden wir, dass mehr auf Hygiene bzw. Sauberkeit geachtet werden muss, nur die groben Flächen waren geputzt....Lichtschalter, Türen, Türgriffe, Küchenfronten und Innenleben klebten 😶 Geschirr mussten wir erstmal reinigen wie vieles andere auch... zur Zeiten von CoVid eher ungut!!! Da helfen auch keine Duftöle....
Der Aussenbereich hat auch nicht viel Pflege, Poolservice gab es in 8 Tagen nicht ...
Klimaanlage gibt es im Erdgeschoss, im oberen Schlafraum mit offenem Bad leider „NICHT“ und bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen und mäßiger Dämmung sehr warm 🥵, mit offenem Fenster geht es, aber da kein Moskitoschutz, in welcher Form auch immer die Plagegeister zurückhält, auch eher mhhhh.
Im 3. SZ waren die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung etwas dürftig, der Schubladenschrank war mit Spielsachen voll..
Unsere Navi und Google Maps haben die Adresse nach Angabe nicht gefunden ... die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin gestaltete sich schwierig also besser mit Französisch Kenntnissen reisen.
