Newly renovated apartment has a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom, bathroom with tub, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Due to the good location you can reach Germersheim in 15 minutes, Speyer in 20 minutes and Wörth am Rhein and Karlsruhe in 15 minutes in about 20 minutes. The apartment is on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. From Leimersheim you can also take the ferry directly to Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen.
