There are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The lower ground floor can be accessed by an exterior staircase and comprises a living/dining room with a kitchen corner leading to the garden, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor has a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, and a bathroom. The second upper floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath/shower/bidet/WC.

The house boasts a large garden of 100 m2 with terrace furniture and a barbecue, providing the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The panoramic view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay. We were there for 3 weeks and it was a great location for day trips to nearby vineyards, olive mills, Pisa, Firenze, Siena and the nearby village of Grassina. The food, wine and scenery were spectacular. The villa itself is lovely. Beautiful outdoor eating area for the family. Also, great time relaxing by the pool. Truly a dream vacation.
