We rented this property for our children and 1 and 3 year old grandbabies. It is perfectly laid out for multiple families with the two independent casitas. The house has a large, open concept living room and well stocked kitchen. The house, and all bedrooms, with the exception of the queen bedroom in the house, have stunning views of Similk Bay. We utilized the hot tub every day. Also spent a lot of time on the heated patio, even during some good rainstorms. Had a blast playing putt putt and corn hole. The property had a very nice pack and play, and a litany of toys. Dave was very available and a joy to deal with. Highly recommend.

This place exceeded all expectations and put family had a wonderful time in this exquisite gem of a location. The separate guest quarters are genius. The hosts were kind, meticulously thoughtful and caring for their property, and available for any questions. Grateful for the beach access, view, the *quiet* and amenities galore that enhanced our stay.
