The location is excellent, it’s a very spacious well appointed apartment. Having a parking permit was an unexpected bonus, highly recommended.

Got keys from lock box, easy to sue np at all
Getting TV going was a nightmare , went on for several days , agent in the end provided an amazon stick, a real negative.
No parking permit on arrival, due to a late arrival , used very expensive harbor car park.

The location and size of the apartment
T.V. was not really working, Sky box that controls all T.V. channels was dead, owner was aware and had left Amazon fire stick
as replacement, with the Wifi a bit patchy what channels that were available involved lots of buffering, water from downstairs shower would not get hot enough to be comfortable, so had to use upstairs shower. Garage very difficult to get into, I struggled with my Mazda2 and managed to scrape my offside back door, would have used the street permit but could never find a space
