We visited in summer and it was very hot. Lots of private things in the apartment, maybe also leftovers from previous guests.

A very large, comfy apartment on the verge of the old town equipped with everything you may need during your stay, a short walk from the famous vineyards. For those willing to try local wine production, the host leaves useful hints that may help you avoid wine-related tourist traps (I did not follow the wise advice and ended up drinking the worst wine in a long long time!). Recommended.
Those who want an anonymous, sterile place should look elsewhere: the host seems to live in the place between the bookings, so you'll find his stuff in the fridge, wardrobes, living room, and bathroom. It's separated/hidden, but it's there.

The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. You will miss nothing during cooking in the kitchen. The bedroom is particularly beautiful und the bed is very comfortable. The appartment was very clean and there were helpful written advises by the host to be found when arriving. The house is located directly at the outer edge of the old city and you can reach epiceries, a Lidl-supermarket as well as restaurants, bars and parks, as well as sights in the old city by walking a few minutes.
The apartment it is located at a main street with a lot of noisy car traffic (and the window of the bedroom faces the street). We noticed some decorative pictures that stroke us to be very odd depictions of Black people, which we found somehow irritating.
