Welcome to my bright 43 m² apartment located in the heart of Paris’s 17th arrondissement. Situated on the 5th floor (without an elevator), it offers a very quiet environment and is filled with natural light throughout the day. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Ideally located in the Batignolles district, it is close to Montmartre, the Sacré-Cœur, Pigalle, and the charming Abbesses neighborhood.

The apartment is fully equipped and perfectly suited for both tourist and business stays in Paris. You will particularly enjoy its ideal location, close to the favorite spots of the locals. Feel free to ask me for my top recommendations!
The apartment offers two beds: a sofa bed and a double bed. It is highly appreciated by guests for its open view, natural light, charm, and tranquility.
You will also find all necessary amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and independent heating in each room.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature
