Location: This exclusive holiday house no. 76 is in a wonderful location in the popular holiday village "Hochbergle" in Lechbruck am See.
System: The car-free Hochbergle holiday complex may only be used on the day of arrival and departure. Children can move freely and adults enjoy the peace. There is also a playroom, table tennis, soccer field and a large playground for the little ones to play. The "Hochberglestuben" restaurant, with inexpensive dishes and typical Bavarian [&] Allgäu cuisine, cares for the guests (for a fee). The attractive resort of Lechbruck am See offers many shops, restaurants and a lot of activities.
Equipment: The comfortably furnished holiday home has 64 square meters of living space and has been completely renovated.
All room doors, the bathroom and the kitchen have been renewed.[nbsp] The entire house [nbsp] was equipped with new furniture. All windows have fixed mosquito screens.
High-gloss granite tiles have been laid throughout the house, so it is also suitable for "house dust allergy sufferers".
The living / dining room offers a corner bench group in country style, a leather suite with additional sleeping function, TV with 106 cm screen, telephone, internet, DVD, stereo with CD player, books and games.
2 beautiful bedrooms have 1x double bed and 1x bunk bed with single bed.
The fully equipped new kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, outside extractor, refrigerator, coffee machine, [nbsp] toaster, kettle and plenty of dishes.
The shower room offers a 90 cm round shower, towel radiator and large mirror cabinet.
The house is non-smoking. Please enjoy your cigarette - also in the interest of the following guests - outdoors or on the covered terrace.
The approx. 20 sqm south terrace has been newly created, has an awning and a wonderful view of the Ammer Mountains. A large table with 5 chairs and 2 deck chairs are at your disposal.
Leisure activities: The offer in Lechbruck on the lake ranges from fishing, swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, riding, skiing, tobogganing, ice skating, hiking and golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig unique panorama. The unique mountains of the Ammergau Alps are just a few minutes away by car. In Lechbruck there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports and rafting.
When winter enchants the landscape, 2 trails are waiting for skaters and cross-country skiers. If you like it a little quieter, you can enjoy the clear, fresh [nbsp] winter air while walking on [nbsp] beautiful winter hiking trails. There are enough hills for sledding for the little guests. Not to forget the ice rink in the middle of town. Ski fans will find their Eldorado in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes' drive away.
The dream castle Neuschwanstein and the beautiful city of Füssen are only about 30 minutes by car from Lechbruck.

Das Haus war sauber und für eine Familie mit zwei bis drei Kindern groß genug!
Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können!
Töpfe Besteck Geschirr etc. war alles ausreichend vorhanden; leider gab es nur eine Pfanne und keine Auflaufform!
Die Klappe vom Eisfach war notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert; hier wäre eine neue schön!
Der Urlaub ansich war schön und wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!
Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut und preisgünstig!
