Double room, shower, toilet:
The approx. 23m² double room with combined living room / bedroom (double bed + seating area) is equipped with a small mini kitchen and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with shower & toilet & wash basin and sufficient shelves. In the winter half year you can also use the heating with floor temperature control. Of course, the bathroom has its own window. The mini kitchen includes a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob and various dishes. A (hot air) microwave is centrally available to all guests.

Whether culture, sport or relaxation, Pension No. 13 - located in a quiet atmosphere, centrally between Dresden and Saxon Switzerland, with good transport links - is the ideal starting point for your activities. You can choose between an apartment with its own roof terrace (approx. 45 m²) or one of our double rooms (approx. 23 m²). Part of it is at ground level with a direct view and access to the garden. All rooms are equipped with a small mini kitchen. To sleep you can expect a two meter long, raised double bed with an open end, which of course is equipped with adjustable slatted frames. Explore the various cozy seating areas in the garden as well as the barbecue area with sun shade. Table tennis and darts as well as an exclusive outdoor whirlpool complete the offer! There you can go all year round (!!!) do something for body and soul.
On-site costs: Payment of the stay and the visitor's tax will be made in cash on the day of arrival. A deposit is e.g. Currently only necessary for groups. You can cancel the room free of charge up to four weeks before arrival. Thereafter, the following cancellation fees apply for the accommodation costs (without additional services). from 28 days 10% / from 14 days 20% / from 7 days 50% / from 3 days 80%. A goodwill arrangement can be granted if there are justified short-term cancellations.
