Come relax on the beach in this newly built waterfront home with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Built in 2020, this spacious beach house offers a great spot for your next family vacation or beach getaway, where guests can enjoy grilling and dining on the partially covered deck while listening to the waves break on the beach. All bedrooms are on the same floor, with the master bedroom (featuring a king bed) sharing an adjoining full bathroom with one of the guest bedrooms with a queen bed. Across the way, the second two bedrooms each feature queen beds and have a full bathroom set between them. There's room for everyone in this beach home, including the family dog!

This home is also less than four miles from delicious dining options such as Reel Deal BBQ, Islanders, Beached Cafe, and more! Take a day and take a trip on the ferry to visit Fort Morgan Historic Site, which offers more nature areas, a boat launch, picnic area, and beaches for visitors to enjoy. Isle Dauphine Golf Club offers challenging holes in a casual atmosphere, just under five miles away.

We love this house, second time to stay there. First trip the house was wonderful, this trip the house had a few issues. Light in hall seems to have a short,

Nice/updated home that is right in the beach (less than 50 yards to water). Beach is somewhat of a small private strip about 150 yards with only a few homes on that strip. Home was newer feeling / open concept kitchen and living room with nice furunitute, and spacious 4 bedrooms with balcony access for two of the bedrooms. Nice propane grill.

Nice house, very comfortable. The view from the deck was spoiled by a view spoiling house on the left that looked ready to fall in the ocean. There are lots and lots of stairs. Kitchen is full of the oldest pots and pans you have ever seen.
