About this apartment rental
The beautiful holiday apartment "Olperer" with panoramic mountain view is located in the quiet Mühlbachl and is ideally situated to explore the area. The barrier-free ground floor apartment is furnished in a modern style and consists of a living/dining area with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a baby cot, a cot and a high chair. The apartment also features a garden shared with the house and a private, furnished and covered terrace with a barbecue. In addition, a ping pong table, a billiard table, a table football and a dartboard are available in the common room for your entertainment. The nearest supermarket is 1.2 km from the property (3 minutes by car). Right next to the apartment is the Molinero restaurant, which is run by the owners; breakfast can be served here as well. The apartment is also an excellent starting point for excursions within Tyrol. It is located directly at the protected landscape area "Serles - Habicht - Zuckerhütl", here you can go hiking or for example to the pilgrimage church Maria Waldrast (4,4 km). In winter, there are several skiing areas in the immediate vicinity. A day trip to Innsbruck is also well worthwhile, it is only a 28-minute drive to the city (23 km). The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run.
A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property. On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
If you would like to bring a dog with you, please ask the landlord if this is possible.
The two single beds have a special system and mattress, so that they can be joined together.

Pros: The house Is brand new and got eveything you Need for a confortable staying. The outside area in front of the apartment Is perfect to enjoy the good wheather having a drink or chill under the sun. The area Is perfect for walking and hiking of you are that kind of traveller and Just 20 mins from Innsbruck town. Helmut, the owner, has been really kind with Is. He got a tiny resturant Just beside the apartment where you can eat Mexican specialities. Strongly raccomended.
Since I had to work a bit, the apartment got a private Wifi.
If we Will have chance to visit Tyrol in the future we Will book that apartment once again.

Pros: Sauber, freundlich und von der Einrichtung Top. Das Appartement ist mit Herz und Verstand eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts. Wir fahren ganz sicher wieder da hin.
