Parco Belmonte: The "Parco Belmonte" is a wonderful holiday residence that extends over the slope between the village of Brezzo and the lake. It consists of larger and smaller villas, houses and apartments. The Parco Belmonte belongs to the renowned municipality of Brezzo di Bedero, which offers beautiful walks and hikes. The fulfilling, free-of-charge concerts by national and international artists in the romantic abbey "San Vittore" are popular. The large swimming pool with separate children's pool, which has an approx. 2,000 m² lawn with individual trees, is of great leisure value in the "Parco Belmonte" and palm trees. The use of the swimming pool is free of charge. A lifeguard ensures your safety. The planned opening period of the pool, taking into account the weather, is from 10. April. until 04. October 2020. Access to the swimming pool is via your own transponder / key, which hangs in the apartment. Another key gives you access to the private beach. In addition, you have the right to use the sporting facilities such as two bowling green, two table tennis tables and the tennis, football and volleyball courts. Children can also enjoy the children's playground with two swings, a slide and a carousel. Last but not least, there is also a tennis court (for a fee). 1½-room apartment "Vista Fantastica": The attractive 1½-room apartment "Vista Fantastica" is located on a hill in a quiet, sunny and exposed panoramic position approx. 70 m from the swimming pool, approx. 800 m from the private beach and the bus stop, approx. 1 km from the Ristorante / Pizzeria Monte Sole, located directly on the lake, approx. 2 km from the center of Brezzo and approx. 5 km from Luino. Of all of our numerous apartments, houses and villas that we have on offer, the apartment on the 3rd and therefore top floor offers one of the most beautiful views on the whole of Lake Maggiore. The view of the lake, the castles of Cannero, the sugar loaf of Caldé, the surrounding mountains and the Alps in Switzerland is a pure spectacle. You can enjoy this unique view from the living room / bedroom, from one of the two balconies and from the approx. 50 m² roof terrace. Both sun worshipers and shade sleepers will get their money's worth here, as the roof terrace is sunny all day and the sun shines alternately during the day on the two balconies. The panoramic view extends from the south-west to the north-east both from a balcony and from the roof terrace. So you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view and unique sunsets. The apartment name "Vista Fantastica" is therefore the program here. The approx. 40 m² 1½-room apartment was partially renovated in 2020 and modernly furnished. The upscale furnishings with marble floors, air conditioning, electric fireplace, free wireless Internet access, 50 inch or 127 cm satellite TV, dishwasher and infrared heater on one of the two balconies round off the positive image of this apartment. You can reach your apartment either via the staircase or comfortably by elevator. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house. Apartment layout: entrance area with a 15 m² balcony with panoramic view in front of it. Living room / bedroom with marble floor, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows all over the front, large satellite TV (50 inches = 127 cm), stereo with CD player, air conditioning, electric fireplace , high quality pull-out sofa bed for 2 people (1.60 mx 2.00 m) and exit to the approx. 10 m² balcony. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen fantastischen Seeblick🥰
Leider bewohnt eine SEHR lärmlastige Familie Huber im Erdgeschoss dass ganze Jahr eine Wohnung unterhalb die den gesamten Urlaub zunichte gemacht hat! Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht sollte sich das besser 3-als 2x überlegen ob er hier ‚Urlaub‘ macht! ⚠️
