House located in Bétineuc, a traditional village built of stones and earth (commune of Evran 22 630), 10 minutes from Dinan. The environment lends itself to fishing by the proximity (10 min by foot) of a pond (Base de loisirs de Bétineuc), rivers, a canal (Ille et Rance), a coastal river ( la Rance) and the sea (La Manche). The Ille et Rance canal, located in the town, offers walking, cycling, boat and even horse riding. Evran has the distinction of being at the crossroads of many tourist sites in the Breton departments: Mont St Michel, Fort La Latte, seaside towns (Dinard, Saint-Malo), Bécherel Cité du Livre, etc. (6 km from the Nle expressway 237), also access to a wide choice of beaches. The owners, a small family, can tell you "the good plans" for your visits ...

Logement très bien situé à 10 min à pieds de l'étang de Betineuc. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.
Très calme, bonne literie.
Il y a une terrasse juste devant le logement et un grand jardin à l'arrière.

Des propriétaires vraiment sympathiques, dès alentours propices a la détente (la petite base de loisirs accessible à pied est top pour les enfants). Evran: tout le nécessaire. Gîte confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Une adresse à conseiller 👍🏼
