The villa consists of two autonomous two-story structures, covering 260m2 in total, and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and up to 13 if needed. The Villa is located just outside the picturesque village of Margarites, which is famous for its pottery tradition, in a beautiful natural environment and peaceful atmosphere, with nature views and surrounding mountains.
Aceso Villa is a relaxing villa, furnished in minimal style and providing all the necessary modern amenities for a self-catered, restful holiday, as well as a rich outdoor area including two infinity pools, many outdoor seating and lounging options as well as a fully equipped barbecue area.
Indoor Area/ First Building
Ground Floor
-Living Room with a large sofa for comfort, 55" HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation 3, and Bluetooth speaker for entertainment.
-Balcony doors leading directly to the pool area, barbecue, and outdoor dining spaces.
-Fully equipped kitchen for self-catered holidays.
-Stylish indoor dining area with a high-top table and bar-style stools.
-Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 1.90), balcony with direct access to the pool area, bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer.
First Floor
-Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom): Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, two private balconies with nature views.
-Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, private balcony overlooking the pool with mountain and nature views.
Second Building / Ground Floor
-Living Room with a large, comfortable sofa, 65" Smart TV with Netflix and PlayStation 5.
-Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors opening to the pool area and outdoor spaces.
-Fully equipped kitchen with an island and seating for four.
-Indoor dining area with a large table seating up to eight.
-Bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer for convenience.
First Floor
-Bedroom 4 (Master Bedroom): Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with nature views.
-Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), spacious closet, and ensuite bathroom.
All bedrooms feature a 32" HDTV, closet, and self-controlled A/C.
Outdoor Area
-Two 45 sq. m private infinity swimming pools (1.60m depth each). One pool can be heated with a daily charge (requires one weeks advance notice).
-Hot tub under a pergola with seating for 5.
-Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill, wood oven, and sink under a shaded pergola with two dining tables and one dining table with benches.
-6 sunbeds with 3 umbrellas, 2 double gazebo day beds & outdoor sofas.
-Ping pong table
-Outdoor shower.
-Parking space for up to 4 cars.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

We rented the villa with 4 people for 10 days.
We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The villa was just as described and the communication with the agency could not have been better.
Every question we had was answered within minutes and they tried to fulfill all our wishes.
The villa is just amazing.
We had a great time, can absolutely recommend and would love to come back.
