The Villa was clean, modern, king sized bed , a desk/beauty table option a giant bath and open air bathroom in Bali tradition. We stayed through Silent day so our 3 meals brought to us ... Gita was a very good hostess helped us arrange motorbike and cleaned upon request. Very good price for week for off-season, not far from thr very interesting happenings of Ubud. Enjoyed our 10 days.
Hotel on a hill with steps .. they help carry luggage thank heavens, approach to hotel a bit rugged but this all offset by good value .

Very good price for a modern villa with private pool .. delightfully quiet and tropical garden very Bali and close to all main attractions of Ubud. We hired a motorbike yo get around much fun
Like much of Ubud the road approach into hotel is rough and we were concerned at first and though inside is lovely it is all variable stairs and rugged pathways .. older travellers with walking or sight issues will need to be ready for this .. I handled it ok 👍 they put us on a room near lobby only 5 stairs

Fairly clean rooms, well maintained
Location was very secluded, the bathrooms were very open, so insects entering the rooms can be an issue

The bed, pool and bathroom were great and exactly what we were looking for. It also appeared as it looked in the pictures.
We felt the security of the villa wasn’t great. The door to our bedroom wouldn’t properly close or lock. So the only ‘lock’ was on the entrance door (wood panel). There was also a little bit of mold on the top of the canopy over the bed.
