This duplex, located 2 steps from Beaumer beach (100m) and Men Du, offers you a beautiful living room renovated in 2017 -2018 with fitted kitchen area (vitro hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge , toaster, senseo coffee maker).
There is a bunk bed for 2 children at the entrance and a double bed upstairs.
You can enjoy the sofa (not convertible), TV, board games

Appartement moderne, très propre, très bien équipé. Situé dans un environnement calme, proche des plages possibilité de tout faire à pied ou à vélo. Terrasse pratique et agréable pour les repas.
