Charming independent chalet located in Asnelles on enclosed grounds of 1100m2 with swing, 150 meters from the beach
Trade and children's playground nearby.
Asnelles is 4km from Arromanches les Bains, 14km from Bayeux, 24km from Caen
Ideally located for visiting the region and the landing beaches as well as enjoying water sports.
The chalet has a living room with fitted kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, electric hob, dishwasher
A bathroom, washing machine
Capacity of 6 people, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds, sofa bed in the living room for 2 people.
Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue
Private parking on the property
Cleaning fee of 40 € (not compulsory) to be specified at the time of booking.
The chalet must be left clean and tidy as on arrival.
Bed and bathroom linen provided
Security deposit of 400 € returned at the end of the stay after inventory.

Nice house for a stay in Normandy. Streight to the beach (Gold beach). For 4 people it is a perfect house.

Kleines Haus in perfekter Lage zum Meer. Schlafzimmer und Küche super, Dusche bräuchte mal eine Renovierung, funktioniert aber. Internetverbindung gut, beim Fernseher wäre Satellitenschüssel wünschenswert für internationale Sender.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt, zu empfehlen.
