Ældre interiør og installationer der ikke var helt up-to-date. Men det gik alligevel alt sammen

wunderbare Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Im obersten Stockwerk gibt es riesige Terrassen rund um die Wohnung. Es ist viel Platz!! Sehr ruhig!

Die zwei kleineren Schlafräume, die keinen Meerblick hatten, hatten Möbel, die verschimmelt rochen.

Très belle terrasse, fonctionnelle avec des stores électriques qui permettent de prendre tous les repas dehors face à la mer. A deux pas de la plage, et du départ en bateau pour les cinque terre, et Porto Venere.

L'annonce parle d'une villa mais il s'agit bien du dernier étage d'une grande villa avec d'autres locataires. Peu de prises électriques fonctionnelles dans les chambres, Cuvettes des deux toilettes à changer. De la vaisselle sale dans les placards. Des petites choses qui font tâche par rapport au prix demandé. Attention: pas de place de parking à proximité : une place est proposée par les propriétaires à 15 minutes, moyennant 15 euros par jour. Supplément non prévu.

view from the terrace (and terrace itself) is simply outstanding, it faces the bay and a little bit of town, beatiful sunsets are at your hand. truly great sea view. the owner is super nice and friendly. building from the outside is great

the appartment does not match its view, it is very old and worn down with many mulfunctions (like window in master bedroom did not fully close), it requires total renovation includin all the bathrooms and floor. at this point in time it is not worth its price. it is advertised as a whole place which is not, it is the top floor appartment in the house, what has to be mentioned (and i think is not in the desription) is that you have to climb 111 (i have counted) steps up to get there, there is no road or any other way to get there. 111 steps every single time. furniture on thr terrace have to be replaced, curently one broken sun bed, old plastic wobbly table and couple of super uncomfortable plastic chairs. parking is available with additional charge and is 15 minutes walk from the appartment (although the charge has been lifted after i listed malfanctions of the appartment)
