La situation de l'appartement. Le confort de l'appartement. La disponibilité des propriétaires.
Le débit montant du wi-fi est un peu faible. Ça génère un temps long pour faire l'état des lieux avec les photos.

Emplacement très pratique tout proche de la gare et des écoles d’ingénieur ( mon fils y est élève). Face à la cathédrale : vue superbe et comme je suis croyante, j’ai pu y faire un saut malgré un emploi du temps chargé

Apparemment is located close to center where you can find many good places to visit. Near train station and shopping center.
The process to get apparemment key was not easy for late check-in after 9 Pm. It should be better to raise awareness of the person who is interested so stay there well advance that late check in is not possible before 9pm. Because, knowing that after payment it is too late and the person will pay penalties any case of cancelation. If that condition can be added to information given while making reservation that will be clear for every one and avoid unnecessary arguments.
