About this apartment rental
Hello! My name is Nik Doda and I am the Italian-American owner of this luxury apartment which is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city, steps from the Opera di Firenze and around the corner from the Arno river. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a deluxe building served by 2 elevators. This location is the most desirable, as it is within easy walking distance to the city center as well as convenient public transportation. Pay parking is available nearby.
Bright and airy with large French windows, this deluxe apartment has been fully renovated recently with every modern amenity. The luxury apartment has wood floors throughout and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 marble bathrooms with rain showers. Each bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. One of the bedrooms has an ENSUITE bathroom. Both bedrooms open out to a long balcony with views of the Opera House. The balcony is also accessible from the open plan kitchen with a dining table for 4, a living room with a sofa and HD TV. Ideal for two couples (no children or infants please) for a short or medium term rental. This elegant apartment facing the new Opera house, is fully sound-proof and is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence.
In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself.
Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning.
Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be a 65 Euro charge in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof. This fee includes cleaning and change of linens and towels.
I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT AND SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE NOT EVEN IN THE BALCONY!

CHECK-IN: Check in is between 3PM-10PM
CHECK-OUT: Check out is by 10:00AM.
Just leave the keys on the table, and close the door behind you.

What a beautiful and very spacious apartment in a great location with easy walking distance to the train station and also into historic city center. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our four night trip. The apartment is very well appointed, modern ambiance and feels very luxurious. Our host Nik was a true gem! Pre arrival communication, met us at the apartment, even helped us with our luggage and helped my husband with going to the nearby parking garage (150 m) with him to make sure he got to the right place. This was above and beyond anything we ever imagined. He answered any questions pre and during our stay and was extremely responsive. Look no further. This is THE place to stay when in Florence. Thank you Nik for helping with local area restaurants, nearby supermarket information and transportation info. You made our first stay in Florence absolutely wonderful. We will have memories that last a lifetime. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends! THANK YOU!!!!

Great place and location! The place was spacious and everything we could possibly need and our host was so gracious to give us a list of restaurants that they recommended. It is exactly as they have it listed. Love the neighborhood just a tish away from all the noise!

Amazing accommodations, fabulous host, fun and convenient neighborhood, accessible to trams, busses and train station as well as very walkable to other locations of interest.Rain didn’t stop us from experiencing Florence!

At check in we were let into a different property than what appeared in our booking. We explained the process to our host, and expected there was simply a mix up. The host initially took the position that it was our fault, that other guests had booked the suite we were expecting, and told us we could take the wrong one or leave. I asked for a few minutes to discuss the problem with my partner and the host asked me to leave. We felt bullied, surprised and offended.
Eventually the host gave in and allowed us to stay in the property that matched our booking. It was beautiful and what we wanted. He returned later with a bottle of wine to apologize for the check in confusion. That was appreciated.
I write this review in hopes that other guests have a smoother check in process than we did.
