About this house rental
Our lovely country home sits in the middle of 32 acre Vineyard just outside Ukiah California, voted one of the most beautiful little towns in Northern California. Our home is 2200 sq ft of comfort, a lovely country kitchen with a beautiful Wolf stove/oven everything you need to perpair a lovely meal. Our landscape around our home is just perfect to relax’s and enjoy friends and family or just reflect. Our property is 2 miles from Lake Mendocino where you can enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, diving, sailing and miles of biking trails. We are 3 miles from Ukiah the best kept secret in Northern California, where you can find great restaurants, boutique, hair and nail salon’s, art gallery’s, wine tasting, grocery store’s Safeway, Raley’s and our local co-op with a variety of locally grown foods. We also have several local breweries and last but not least our beautiful farmers market every Saturday early morning to mid afternoon. If your looking for a refreshing change you will love Ukiah.

The property is exactly as described. It is a beautiful home in the perfect location that met all of our needs. Dawn is a gracious host that provides excellent communication throughout the booking and stay. We were extremely pleased with our experience! This is our third stay at Dawn's home and it is always perfect. We are planning two additional trips for 2022. Thank you!

This house is just as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. It's perfectly situated for exploring the redwoods, hiking along lake Mendocino, swimming in the blue lakes, eating delicious bakery food, etc.
The house has a massive, extremely well-stacked kitchen. If only my kitchen at home were that good!
There is a good exercise bike available and a wrap-around deck that's perfect for watching the sunset among the rows of grape vines. Beds are comfortable and cozy and laundry is available on site.
Dawn, our host, was extremely attentive and kind.
