About this villa rental
Magnolia Lago is a modern renovated apartment inside a 19th century villa with 4 units, located in Gardone Riviera.
It is surrounded by a garden of over 3000 square meters overlooking the lake, with direct access and a private beach.
The garden is shared with the other 3 apartments.
It is an apartment of 150 square meters on two floors, which was renovated in 2010 and has all the comforts.
On the mezzanine floor there is: the living room with two large sofas, a large table and a wood stove; the bathroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with access to the large terrace.
On the lower floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk bed and one with double bed + one single bunk bed, the second bathroom, a laundry area and access to the garden.
Sheets and towels included.
The center of Gardone can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as various attractions such as the Museo del Vittoriale, the botanical garden, public beaches, etc. Salò and Toscolano Maderno are very close.
Inside the Grandhotel Fasano near the villa there is a wellness center open all year round.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 50 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
Tourist tax € 1.00 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

We really enjoyed the appartment of Roberto and Alessandra. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was enough space for everyone's privacy. The view is fantastic and the access to the lake is unrivalled.

La casa en excelente situación geografica, ni muy al norte, zona un poco aislada ni muy al sur, zona muy bulliciosa y turística. El problema es que para salir de la zona hacia el sur te llevará de 30 a 45’ por las múltiples rotondas y tráfico de residenciales. Alessandra ha sido una anfitriona excelente, atenta en todo momento con las necesidades de la estancia. Tiene muy cuidada la casa y está al completo de todas las utilidades que se necesitan. A pesar del precio elevado, si lo que quieres es disfrutar realmente de la belleza y tranquilidad del Lago di Garda, este es tu sitio.

Wow. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Und wir haben schon einiges gesehen. Ferienwohnung ist untertrieben. Wir hatten eine super tolle Ausstattung, eine edle Einrichtung und einen riesigen Garten für uns. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!!
