The farmhouse is located in full nature in a calm and preserved environment, rocked by the song of the cicadas, established on a ground of 5000m², including a new swimming pool of 11mx5.
DESCRIPTION:
- Single storey house of 150m².
- 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs and 1 small bedroom adjoining one of them with a single bed.
- A large living-dining room with fireplace and insert.
- An equipped American kitchen (2 refrigerators, 1 freezer)
- A large terrace in front of the swimming pool.
- Garden furniture, deckchairs, Weber barbecue.
- A bowling green.
- Various board games and large library available.
- Passage by the pool engineer and the gardener once a week.
LOCATION:
- 3 km from the center of Solliès-Pont, the capital of Figs and all shops (Biocoop, Intermarché, small local market gardeners 500m away).
- 22 km from Hyères-Toulon airport.
- 30 minutes from the Tour Fondue pier for the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Ile du Levant).
TOURISM AND SPORT:
- Global kytesurf and windsurfing spot on the Giens peninsula, Almanarre beach (25 minutes).
- Hiking possible (guide available).
- Charterhouse of La Verne, Thoronet Abbey (see guides).
- Village of Collobrières and its chestnuts.
- Fig Festival in Solliès-Pont (3rd weekend in August).
RESERVATION:
- Reservations are made from Sunday to Sunday in order to avoid congestion on summer return trips on Saturdays.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Note spéciale pour l’extérieur où nous avons pu manger dehors tous les jours, profiter de la super piscine et jouer aux boules. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et avions un petit sentiment de tristesse en partant. Merci Agnès pour ce séjour.

Nous recherchions un endroit tranquille pour passer des vacances et nous l avons trouvé.
Maison et piscine très agréables , avec grand terrain , merci à Agnes pour ses petites attentions à notre arrivée et pour sa réactivité.

Tout était parfait ! C est une maison extrêmement bien agencée où chacun a son indépendance. Très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et très bien orientée. Merci encore à Agnès pour son acceuil et sa confiance
