Great place for a golf outing. Very clean and neat and well taken care of. I’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times

Property was as shown in photos. Home was welcoming and easy to access following check in instructions. Beds were pretty comfortable. Lots of towels for our whole family of 6 with complimentary shampoo and soap mounted in the showers. Dishes were plenty in the kitchen for making meals. Enough dish washer pods to run a load for each day we stayed, plenty of garbage bags and toilet paper stocked. Streaming services worked well with great connection. TV trays available for eating meals for groups over 4 people since dining table seats 4. Only complaint was that washer was not very clean, but if you're not using it then no big deal! Overall great place to stay if you're visiting the Hot Springs area.

It was quite a.d convenient but the one big suggestion is l the beds need a mattress update. They werent comfortable amd was able to sleep on one bed. Purchased an inflatable mattress to sleep on.
