Excellent apartment, perfectly fit for short or long holiday, good access to and from the slopes
The road up to the apartment building was treacherous, a lot of ice and no passing places, took 6 attempts to get to the top. In high season this is unacceptable

We booked very last minute due to mismatch at another facility. When arriving about 10 minutes after the booking we received already all necessary info to enter the room. Excellent service.
The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you need to cook and bake and prepare any kind of meal.
2 double beds with comfy sheets and very spacious. Just a short and nice walk away from Studenetz. At the end of the street (5 minute walk) is a nice restuarant that serves bulgarian rodopian dishes for a very decent price.
All in all an excellent place to stay, even outside peak season if you enjoy nature walks.
