Parking is a pain in the neck. I got the feeling that the hosts are totally detached from the city's rhythm. I'll give you some advice that the hosts won't - check if Spezia has a Serie B or Coppa d'Italia game on the day of your arrival. If there is one, there will be zero - ZEEEROOO - spots to park in the whole city. We arrived at three, game at 5, had to leave La Spezia after 2 hours of circling around and talking to the police, just to come back at 8. Day was ruined. Hosts were unhelpful with this and didn't know what we were complaining about.

Very welcoming. The staff left out towels, slippers and information booklet. It was very well kept and looked very clean. The shower was really nice. The room has a mini fridge and a coffee machine. The TV and bed made the place feel comfortable. The apartment was very safe and in a perfect location close to the port and the train station. The staff offered room cleans everyday.

One small thing, they only supplied paper espresso cups meaning i couldn’t use the coffee function i wanted. i do wish there was mugs/ bigger paper cups.

Location good, room clean

Not even a glass for water or a mug for tea! Bed hard, unpleasant outlook onto inner yard area! Parking not included and hard to find, free parking like gold dust. Best place to park is opposite Naval base about 10 mins walk.
