First class Location. Food hamper left was great ( sorry did not eat cake as we also brought one ) . We thought that there was odd things that let it down, i.e A broken toilet seat in bedroom to right of stairs. under another bed there was tissues and other bits, cobwebs in windows. Over all a great place to stay just a little more detail to cleanliness'. As a surprise family weekend for my wifes 70th it was thoroughly enjoyed.

Location great allowing walking into Bouton on the Water, to visit attractions. No need to use cars.
House and garden allowed plenty of room for a family reunion.
Games room a bonus.
More tea towels would have been good. We did a lot of cooking.
No toiletries as advertised I think.
