Its at an amazing location with access to main pedestrian street of Oia. The house is spacious and well ventilated. Host Manos is very polite and helpful. The pool is of decent size with a good view. Breakfast was of good portions.
Wifi was very weak. During windy evenings, you can hear some loud noise from outside. Breakfast variations could be good if guests stay for more than couple of days.

I want to say that the host (Manos) was incredible kind and offering good services for our entire presence. The breakfast was very good with alot of options. And the location of our hotel was nearby to every restaurant in oia. The facilities, the pool, terrace and our home was perfect for a couple.
The only thing that was a bit bothering was the amount of people that were standing outside of our door to take a picture with the blue domes, so we felt that people are looking inside and spectating at us. In the summer it could be worse.

Manos greeted us warmly with a friendly welcome guiding us to our Villa which was off the charts, exceeding our expectations. The views were incredible overlooking the Caldera, ocean and sunsets were prime position from our plunge pool and deck. The inside cave was gorgeous and authentic especially the showering area.
There was anything we didn’t like however 2 robes would have perfected the experience whilst having breakfast which was delivered thoughtfully & kindly to our private deck and was delightfully delicious

Location, location, location! Everything was great! Love the views and proximity to town/restaurants. Staff were very friendly & helpful and arrangement was very pleasant.
The only things to pin-point about the property were: the second shower not being useful, the downstair a/c was loud/noisy and no microwave.
