Loved the courtyard and pool area. Really nice to be able to relax there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the little touches like white noise and sleeping tea etc.
The breakfast wasn't good, food overall average. Shame the transfer lounge which has shower was OOO. Would be great for late flights.

Everyone on staff was wonderful, and went beyond their position to make us feel welcome.
The reality is that your location is next to a loud bar. I appreciate that you provide ear plugs, and I will accept the tradeoff of being close to downtown in exchange for loud noises from the bar and from the garbage trucks. But I expect that I am the minority, and I wish I had known of these before I had booked.
I was happy with my stay. But you should understand why I will never book here again. You did everything right, but the noise beat you.
