Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß und geräumig und sieht schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Ich habe nichts vermisst. Es gibt diverse öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe. Falls dieser kostenlos sein soll, einmal auf den Parkplatz am Außenhafen abstellen. Alle Gastroeinrichtungen und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung könnte zentraler nicht sein und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief auch unkomplizierter ab. Der Besitzer rief mich sogar noch an und hat gefragt, ob mir etwas fehlen würde. Sehr aufmerksam. Dankeschön.
Für eine noch flexiblere Schlüsselübergabe könnte ich mir eine Schlüsselbox vorstellen.

Wir sind gerne wiedergekommen. Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, guter Preis. Im Hofe lassen sich Fahrräder problemlos und sicher abstellen (Erfahrung vom letzten Jahr).
Da in der darunter liegenden Mietwohnungen eine starke Raucherin lebt, strömt dieser Geruch gelegentlich durchs Treppenhaus. Lüften hilft hier.

Mycket centralt läge. Rymlig och välstädad lägenhet med komplett köksutrustning. Korrekt och tillmötesgående värd som personligen överlämnade nycklarna. Vi trivdes mycket bra.
Förhållandevis dyr 2-timmarsparkering (kostnadsfri mellan 18 och 08) 150 m från boendet. Avsaknad av ens minsta utsikt.
