very close to the beach and at the same time at a walking distance to the city and to the market place,
orientation of most of the rooms to the east - more shady and not as hot,
spacious terrace surrounded by trees,
shady parking place under the trees
bathroom and toilet very small, need reconstruction
sometimes a noise from the nearby road at night

Pleasant owners, comfortable beds, quite spacy, parking, clean.
Not really a sea view terrace. You can see sea, but only from one small part of the terrace. Main view from terrace is looking at parking. Apartment is not on beach front. You need to take about 100 stairs to reach the beach. Apartment is a bit outdated.
